Meet the client

We consider the meeting with the client as the most important part of a successful project, carefully documenting the requirements and expectations of the project. This may be done in several sittings based on the character of the project.

Venue Recce

The term "Venue Recce' means visiting the venue for getting familiarized in detail. This is an essential part of the preperation and the research processes to decide how to plan for a particular project, how should be the technical team and which equipment needed. Our pre-production team will be visiting the venue and will be preparing a detailed documentation including the venue size, stage size, acoustic condition, power availability, safety, service entry etc.

Tech-Rider

The technical rider provides the production team with a detailed description of exactly what the artist's requirements in order to perform, without it, the show day just isn't going to be a pleasant experience. We always recommend the client/artist to provide a well written tech-rider to avoid unwanted confusion. Our pre-production team will be creating a proper tech-rider after detailed discussion with the artist/client.

Team SEA

'Team SEA' is the production team of SEA Pro. Based on the client's requirement, Venue Recce and Tech-Rider, our production designers will divide the team into four departments. The Event Designer, Technical & Installation Team, System Engineers, Sound / Light Engineers.

Installation

The installation check list is made after the detailed study of Venue Recce and the tech-rider reports. We have its unique way of installation procedure which strictly meets the international industry standards.

System Tuning

System Tuning is a key behind the success of any event. From venue to venue, the system behaves differently, especially the microphones and speakers. Considering the character of the venue, our system engineers will be tuning the system using dedicated software to make sure that the output produced perfectly match the equipment standards.

Run-Through

Once the system tuning is complete, it's the time for run through. If it is a concert, we will strictly do the detailed sound check from artist to artist which will end up with the full band run through. This is the point where we balance the concert sounding and the fine tuning.

The Event

Here we are ready for the show in the way how it need to be working in 3 different groups. One at console point, second on stage and third on the power controls.

Uninstallation

Same as the Installation, there will be a checklist to follow in the uninstallation procedure too. Strictly following the same to make sure that the venue and the equipment were handles carefully and professionally.
